To register for PCAC services, a family or individual must have an income of 125% or less of the federal poverty threshold, although certain utility assistance programs may allow for higher income levels of up to 300%.

Registration requires the following documentation:

  • Photo ID for the head of household
  • Social security card for the head of household and family members being registered
  • Proof of residency (recent US mail, for example)
  • Proof of income for the previous month (if no income, tell the PCAC Intake Specialist)

If you lack some of these documents, speak with a PCAC employee about possible substitutes or alternatives.

PCAC is able to serve undocumented immigrants.
